Our Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporates a Quality Management System in which processes and procedures are detailed to monitor project success and deliver projects of the highest quality, engineering best practice, and provide transparency and traceability throughout the project ensuring the project is delivered with minimum risk.
ATSYS has an active auditing program for our quality systems as well as a Non Conformance Reporting System that tracks category failures and forms the basis for continuous improvement. We conduct formal management reviews of the effectiveness of the quality system on an annual basis using quality related Key Performance Indicators.
The quality of our services is a commitment that we make to all our customers – to meet their needs and expectations by implementing world’s best practice. Our accredited risk management system and thorough onboarding HR process, and continual training ensures all ATSYS employees are achieving the highest of standards. We are dedicated to minimising risk in our projects.
We minimise risk with proactive thinking. The process begins with engaging qualified, skilled engineers and training and educating our people based on high safety standards. In our projects we take the same approach, identifying risks before they happen, establishing a procedure, reviewing, and communicating measures taken to action improved outcomes.
ATSYS is committed to operating in an ecologically sustainable manner, identifying, and minimising all environmental impacts resulting from our activities. We are focused on reducing our carbon footprint and have developed an Environmental Program which is reviewed yearly and includes the setting of Environmental KPIs for the company.
ATSYS complies with all legislative requirements and have strict safety polices to ensure our customers, team, and the equipment and assets are safe and protected. Our Safety Management System, which is a part of our IMS is highly developed and entails all Health and Safety processes. This accordance has been reflected in our enviable safety performance associated with the delivery of our projects, which is above industry expectations.
Since our commencement in 2005, ATSYS has operated without incurring a Lost Time Injury, and has never received a Safety or Environmental Infringement order.
